Come along & find out more about what the P&C are doing to support CPS ... whether that's fundraising, volunteering, playground upgrades and so much more!
Principal Matt Townsend or another school representative will also typically share updates or insights on the latest activities, teaching methodologies, NAPLAN results and budget priorities.
Attending the meeting this is one of the best ways you can keep in touch with your child’s school journey and opportunities.

Meetings are held both online and in-person during week 3 and week 8 of each term on a Tuesday from 7pm - that’s only two meetings per term and therefore only 8 per year. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Once a year in March, we also incorporate an AGM into our regular meeting - this is a great time to catch up on all that's been achieved as it's when we present all the annual reports.
Please pay your $1 annual P&C membership fee
Anyone who is interested in holding a role now or in the future please come along so you can get a feel for how everything works. If you want voting rights, or to stand for an office then you MUST also be a financial member (just go onto Flexischools under FEES and pay your $1 membership). You must be also be present in the room to stand for an office or vote.
Just go to Flexischools > Payments > P&C Membership and pay your $1 under one of your child’s names.
