Introducing the CPS P&C kids & parents Photo Art Showcase - a page on the P&C website to showcase photos or photos of artwork or creative pieces, adventures and achievements from our CPS community.
To get featured …
take a creative pic from anywhere in Coogee & surrounds
or take a cool snap of your artwork or creative feat (eg. painting, craft, collage … even a creatively shot photo your cooking or lego design!)
email it to cpspandcengagement@gmail.com.
Don’t forget to include your name, class, title of your pic or artwork and a short description.
You can contribute as many times as you like! And yes - even parents and pre-schoolers can join in!
Just remember: no recognisable faces or inappropriate content (let’s retain privacy and keep it nice).
Should this take off, we are planning to turn the online Showcase into a REAL one … ideas include selecting the most loved contributions to be printed out and showcased in a Coogee Photo Art Trail. Then, when lockdown ends, we could set up all the images in a beautiful gallery setting at the school (like a mini Art Show) and possibly even sell them to our local community! There are plenty of ideas being discussed about how this could work including how to turn it into a fundraiser – if you’re interested to help make this a reality, please email cpspandcengagement@gmail.com.
